JollyStudio provides professional photography and videography services including pre-wedding shoots, wedding coverage, engagement sessions, maternity photography, baby shoots, birthday events, babyshower photography, and product photography. All services are subject to prior consultation and booking confirmation.
All bookings require a signed contract and advance payment as specified in the booking agreement. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may result in partial or no refund, as per the terms agreed upon in the booking contract.
Payment for services must be made as per the payment schedule outlined in the booking agreement. Late payments may result in postponement or cancellation of services. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.
All photographs and videos taken by JollyStudio remain the intellectual property of JollyStudio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the final edited images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Clients and attendees must maintain professional and respectful behavior during all photography sessions. JollyStudio reserves the right to discontinue services if inappropriate behavior is observed. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the flow of dialogue within our website.
